Our applications may connect to third-party advertising and business platforms (including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce) through their official APIs to retrieve and consolidate performance data for reporting purposes.

3. Authorization & Access

To use our integration services, you must authorize our application to access your accounts on supported platforms. By granting authorization, you confirm that:

• You have the right and authority to grant such access.
• You understand the scope of permissions being granted.
• You may revoke access at any time through the respective platform's settings or by contacting us directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services.
• Provide false or misleading information when using our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, dashboards, and reports created by Pedro Thiago Data Analyst remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client-specific data and reports are licensed for the client's use as specified in individual service agreements.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms and APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Data Handling

8. Limitation of Liability

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with reasonable notice. Upon termination, we will cease accessing your data and delete any stored tokens and data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Goiânia, State of Goiás, Brazil.
